Ingredients
- 1 small bowl dried black fungus
- 1 tbsp chickpeas
- 5 pieces cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Soak the dried fungus in water till soft. Clean and cut into bite size. Bring it to boil for about 5mins.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into bite-size or half.
- Mixed all ingredients well. Add in olive oil and sprinkle Himalayan salt.
Notes
I bought raw chickpeas to cook. You have to soak the chickpeas for 8 hours or overnight. After soaking you can bring it to boil for 1.5 hours to 2 hours. Ad salt towards the end to taste.
